Subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play are billed and managed by Apple or Google. Refund requests should be made through the respective platform’s support channels.

Refund Processing Time

If your refund request is approved, the refund will typically be processed within 3 business days.

Once the refund has been processed, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank, card issuer, Apple, Google, or other payment provider.

In some cases, the refund may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
